Who Can Avail Ujjwala Yojana ?

• Woman Applicant: Must be a woman aged 18 years or above from a BPL household.
• BPL Status: Household should be listed in the SECC-2011 database or fulfill eligibility through Ujjwala Phase 2 norms.
• No LPG Connection: No member of the household should have an existing LPG connection.
• Valid Documents: The applicant must provide necessary identity and residence proofs.

Application Process

How to Apply for Ujjwala Yojana

1. Get the Form: Download the PMUY application form from the official portal or collect it from your nearest LPG distributor.
2. Fill the Form: Enter personal, address, Aadhaar, and family details accurately.
3. Attach Documents:
   • Aadhaar Card
   • BPL Ration Card or SECC Proof
   • Bank Account Passbook (for subsidy)
   • Passport-sized Photograph
4. Submit the Form: Visit the nearest LPG distributor (IOCL/BPCL/HPCL) and submit the application with documents.
