About Passport Status Service
After submitting your passport application at any Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) or Regional Passport Office (RPO) in your state, you can track your application status online easily by using your application reference number.
How to Check Passport Status Online
- Visit the official Passport Seva website.
- Click on the "Track Application Status" option.
- Enter your File Number or Application Reference Number (ARN) and your Date of Birth.
- Submit the details to view the current status of your passport application.
- You can see updates like "Under Process," "Police Verification Pending," "Passport Printed," or "Dispatched."
Documents Needed for Status Check
- Application Reference Number (ARN) or File Number
- Date of Birth (DOB) as per application
- Mobile number or email (for OTP, if required)
