- Select the Service: Find the relevant certificate application (e.g., 'Caste Certificate', 'Income Certificate', 'Domicile Certificate') and click on it.
- Fill the Form: Fill out the application form with accurate personal details and information as per the documents.
- Upload Documents: Upload the scanned copies of all the required documents.
- Pay the Fee: Pay the required application fee online.
- Submit Application: Submit the completed application and note down the **Application ID**.
How to Check Application Status
You can easily track the status of your application online using the Application ID you received after submission.

- Visit the Portal: Go to the official e-Sampark Portal.
- Find Status Link: Look for a link titled 'Track Application Status' or 'Check Status'.
- Enter Details: Enter your **Application ID** and the CAPTCHA code.
- View Status: The current status of your application will be displayed, such as 'Under Process', 'Approved', or 'Rejected'. You will receive an SMS when the certificate is ready for download.
