2. Mobile Verification: Enter your mobile number, select your state, and verify with an OTP.

4. Token Generation: A patient ID and token number will be generated. You will be placed in a virtual queue.

Patients visit their local HWC, and the HWC staff facilitates the telemedicine consultation.

This ensures that quality specialist care reaches even the remotest areas where specialist doctors might not be physically available.
