DDSSY Eligibility Criteria

  • Goa Residency: Any person residing in the State of Goa for five years or more is declared an eligible person. Proof of minimum 5 years continuous residency in Goa is mandatory.
  • Family Definition: A family of an eligible person is defined as his/her Spouse, Unmarried Children, and Dependent Parent(s) / In-Laws (in case the eligible person is female). This family unit cannot be split.
  • Exclusions: Central/State Government employees and their families who are already covered under government medical reimbursement schemes are not eligible for DDSSY.

Procedure to Apply (New Enrollment):

  2. Fill Details: Fill in the details of the eligible person/head of the family.
  3. Add Member Details: Add all eligible family member details to the application.
  4. Upload Residence Proof: Attach residence proof for a minimum of 5 years (self-attested). Applications without this proof will not be considered.
  5. Caste/Income Details (if applicable): If you need to avail concession on registration fees, provide Caste/Income details (e.g., OBC non-creamy layer, SC/ST, differently-abled).
  6. Aadhaar Card: Attach Aadhaar cards for all family members. For minors without Aadhaar, a birth certificate can be attached.
  7. Pay Fees:
    • For a family of 3 or less members: ₹200/-
    • For a family of 4 and above members: ₹300/-
    • A 50% concession is available for OBC (non-creamy layer), SC/ST, and differently-abled eligible persons upon submission of appropriate documents.
  8. Submit and Track: Pay the fees and note down the Acknowledgement Number for tracking the application status. DDSSY e-card will be available for download upon verification and approval.
  9. Card Collection: Collect your physical DDSSY card within 30 days from the selected office upon approval.

  1. Login: Log in to goaonline.gov.in.

  3. Enter DDSSY Card No: Enter your DDSSY Card No and search for member details.
