How to Apply (Online)
- Go to BMC Official Portal.
- Create/Login with citizen account.
- Select the service (birth certificate, property tax, water bill, grievance, etc.).
- Fill the application form and upload documents.
- Pay fees online (if applicable).
- Submit and note your application number.
- Track status under "Track Application" section.
How to Apply (Offline at Ward Office)
- Visit your local BMC Ward Office / Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC).
- Take and fill the form for the required service.
- Attach self-attested documents + photos (if needed).
- Submit at counter, pay fees, and collect receipt.
- Track status via SMS/helpline or by visiting the office.
