How to Apply (Online)

  1. Go to BMC Official Portal.
  2. Create/Login with citizen account.
  3. Select the service (birth certificate, property tax, water bill, grievance, etc.).
  4. Fill the application form and upload documents.
  5. Pay fees online (if applicable).
  6. Submit and note your application number.
  7. Track status under "Track Application" section.

How to Apply (Offline at Ward Office)

  1. Visit your local BMC Ward Office / Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC).
  2. Take and fill the form for the required service.
  3. Attach self-attested documents + photos (if needed).
