1. How to View & Pay Your Electricity Bill Online

The online bill payment facility is available for consumers in major towns and cities. To pay your bill, you do not need to register on the portal, but it is recommended for accessing payment history and other services.

  1. Visit the Official Payment Portal: Go to the official MePDCL Quick Bill Payments portal at meghapower.com.
  2. Enter Your Consumer ID: On the page, you will see a field to enter your 10-digit Consumer ID. Your Consumer ID is printed on your previous electricity bills.
  3. Verify Bill Details: After entering your ID, the system will display your current bill details, including the amount due and the due date.
  4. Choose a Payment Method: Select your preferred payment gateway from the available options (e.g., Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI).
  5. Complete the Transaction: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment. Upon successful payment, a digital receipt will be generated.
