The portal offers a range of services, including viewing Record of Rights (RoR), land maps (Bhu-naksha), and paying land revenue online.

How to Check Record of Rights (RoR)

The Record of Rights (RoR) is the most important document for any landowner. It contains crucial details about the property, its owners, and its legal status. You can check your RoR online by following these simple steps:

1. Visit the official Bhulekh Odisha portal: https://bhulekh.ori.nic.in/
2. On the homepage, select your **District**, **Tehsil**, **Village**, and **R.I. Circle** from the dropdown menus.
3. Choose your preferred search method:
   • **Khatiyan:** Enter the Khatiyan number of the land.
   • **Plot:** Enter the plot number.
   • **Tenant:** Enter the name of the tenant or landowner.
4. Click on the 'View RoR' button. Your land details will be displayed, which you can then print or download as a PDF.

Viewing Land Maps (Bhu-naksha)

Bhu-naksha is the digitized map of a land plot, which provides a clear visual representation of the land's boundaries and surrounding plots. To view the Bhu-naksha of your land:

1. Visit the official Bhulekh Odisha portal and click on the 'Map View' option on the right side of the homepage. This will redirect you to the Bhu-naksha portal.
2. Select your **District**, **Tehsil**, and **Village**.
3. The village map will appear. You can either click on your specific plot on the map or enter the plot number in the search bar.
4. The portal will display the details of the plot, including its shape, area, and ownership information.

Online Land Revenue Payment (e-Pauti)

The Odisha government has made it easy to pay land tax, also known as 'Khajana,' online through the e-Pauti portal. To make a payment:

1. Visit the official Land Revenue Payment portal: https://odishalandrevenue.nic.in/
2. Click on 'Pay Land Revenue' and fill in the required details, including your district, tehsil, and village, along with your Khatiyan number.
3. After confirming the details, you can make the payment using various online methods, such as Net Banking, Debit Card, or UPI.
4. Upon successful payment, you can download the e-receipt, which serves as proof of payment.
