• Record of Rights (ROR) / Khatian Search: View the legal document that contains details of land ownership, area, and type. You can search by Khatian number or plot number.

• View Land Maps (Bhunaksha): Access digital maps of land parcels, providing a visual representation of the land's boundaries.

How to Check Your Khatian / Land Record

Follow these simple steps to view your land records online:

1. Visit the official Jami Tripura portal.
2. On the homepage, select the "View ROR / Khatian" option.
3. Provide the required location details: District, Sub-Division, Revenue Circle, and Mouza.
4. Choose your search method: by Khatian Number or by Plot Number.
5. Enter the required number and the Captcha code to view and download your land record report.
