Overview of CMHIS

The Chief Minister's Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) is a flagship public health initiative by the Government of Nagaland, administered by the Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS). Launched to provide free and cashless treatment for various ailments, the scheme aims to alleviate the financial hardship caused by hospitalization expenses. It offers comprehensive coverage for inpatient care and specific daycare procedures, ensuring access to quality medical services for all eligible citizens.
