" Procedure to Apply

1. Visit the official UP Social Welfare portal: http://sspy-up.gov.in/
2. Select the scheme (Pension/Scholarship/Other).
3. Register with your Aadhaar number and mobile number.
4. Fill in the required details and upload documents (ID Proof, Income Certificate, Bank Passbook, etc.).
5. Submit the form online and note the application/registration number.
6. You can check the status online anytime.
