Each of these companies is responsible for power supply and billing in their respective regions. To provide convenience to consumers, all three Discoms offer online bill payment services.

How to Pay Your Electricity Bill Online

Paying your electricity bill online in Rajasthan is a simple and secure process. You will need your unique K-Number or Consumer ID, which is a 12-digit number found on your physical bill. The steps are as follows:

  1. Identify Your Discom: Find out which Discom serves your area (JVVNL, AVVNL, or JdVVNL). This information is on your electricity bill.
  2. Visit the Official Portal: Navigate to the official bill payment portal of your respective Discom or a trusted third-party payment aggregator.
  3. Enter Details: Enter your unique K-Number and click on the "Fetch Bill" or "View Bill" option.
  4. Verify and Pay: The system will display your bill amount, due date, and other details. You can then choose your preferred payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or e-Wallets) and complete the transaction.
  5. Download Receipt: After a successful payment, you can download the transaction receipt for your records.
